Antminer S21+ Hydro 1.2.6 rc5

Release 1.2.6 rc5

ASICDIP Firmware for Antminer S21+ Hydro

IMPORTANT: This firmware is compatible only with the Antminer S21+ Hydro.

Before installation, make sure you have the correct firmware version for your device.

Important Note:

Check the date of the stock firmware. If the stock BITMAIN firmware is from March 2024 or later, you need to downgrade the firmware version using the image from Series 21 (2024 Unlock) or Series 19 (Stock Firmware) for your model and control board type.

Available Firmware Versions:

Firmware for all models can be found here: Firmware for All Models

Firmware Installation Guide

To install the firmware, use an SD card (maximum 16GB, FAT32 format).

1. Download the Firmware
Download the firmware file for your Antminer S21+ Hydro control board version (the board version is indicated on the white label on the board cover). Unzip the archive and transfer the files to the SD card.
2. Insert the SD Card
Insert the SD card with the ASICDIP firmware into the device and turn on the miner.
3. Return to Stock Firmware
If you remove the SD card, the device will return to the stock BITMAIN firmware.
4. Firmware Update
For firmware update, download the web version of the firmware and upload it via the UPGRАDE function.
5. Power Supply Update
If the miner's power consumption exceeds 4600 watts, update the power supply according to the modification instructions.

How to Flash Directly to NAND Without an SD Card

IMPORTANT: If you want to flash the Antminer S21+ Hydro with a Zylinx (xilinx) control board directly to NAND memory without using an SD card, use the TOOLKIT PACK for automatic firmware installation on your devices.

NAND INSTALL: To install the firmware, you must use TOOLKIT. If you are unsure about the model and type of your control board, download the guide for models and board types here.

To get started, download the TOOLKIT PACK (includes firmware for all models). TOOLKIT PACK will automatically select the necessary firmware during installation.

You can also download the TOOLKIT installation file and select the firmware for your control board model and type. Firmware files are available here.

Presets for Series 21, 19, and L7 can be found here.

    New Features

    Support for new models
Added support for Antminer L9, Antminer S21+, Antminer S21+ Hydro, and Antminer S19 Pro Hydro (120 chips).
    Advanced options
New options added: - Ignore chip temperature sensors for Antminer L9, Antminer S21, Antminer T21, Antminer S21 Imm, and Antminer S21 Hydro. - Set maximum startup delay time (delayed mining start) to reduce load on the power grid/infrastructure — available for all models. - Specify the minimum number of working boards required to start mining — applicable to all models.
    Power consumption display
Miner and hashboard power consumption is now displayed from preset values when the power supply unit does not provide consumption data.
    Warning
If chip temperature sensors are ignored and faulty temperature sensors are skipped, temperature-based protection will be disabled. We are not responsible for any resulting damage.

    Improvements

    Fan control
Optimized behavior based on temperature for more stable and efficient cooling performance.
    Protection against faulty chains
Mining will automatically stop if a hashboard reports zero chips — the miner will enter error state.
    Log output
The chip ID is now shown in logs when overheating is detected due to high chip temperature.
    Model name display
Fixed model name display for Antminer S19 (126) and Antminer S19 (88).
    Operational stability
Improved overall miner stability during extended operation and under heavy load.
    Pool stability
Improved connection stability and handling with mining pools.
    User interface
Various UI improvements implemented to enhance usability.

    Bug Fixes

    Balance recovery issue
Fixed an issue where domains attempted to recover balance during pause.
    Pool loss after reboot
Resolved an issue causing pools to be lost after a power cycle or miner restart.
    Issue on settings reset
Fixed a bug where the miner would pause during settings reset or mining process restart if auto-resume after reboot was disabled.

    API Changes

    Board display in API
Programmatically disabled boards are now included in the API response to the summary/chains request.
